The career talk was held on 12 September 2011, with the aim of introducing to History majors, or students considering History as their major, into the potential careers they can embark on after graduation. The guest speakers were Ms Wong Hong Suen, Curator at the National Museum of Singapore, Mr Eisen Teo, journalist at Singapore Press Holdings, Ms Ekaterina Derina, Senior Associate in Global Infrastructure Projects Group at KPMG Corporate Finance and Ms Clarabelle Chong, freelance writer. The career talk was well-received and we received feedback from attendees who expressed their interests in attending more of such events in the future.
